Traceability is the ability to obtain information that is leaving a product in all the production processes, its composition, the machinery used, the recipes used during manufacture, the shift, temperature or other measures… all indications that could cause any variation of the final product.

Thus, the purpose and outcome of traceability would be necessary when a product fails. Why did it fail?, What were the materials? What date was it made? Who were the suppliers? By what parameters and ranges worked during manufacture machines?, Are answers to be found in the appropriate log and detailed for each and every one of the products.

Additionally to our own products, we offer tracking system implementation services to existing and functional production lines. In these machines Pro-Face type screens are implemented, which interacts with the operator while capturing data from different controllers and measuring instruments to be sent to an external server. Design formats and storage of such data is defined in collaboration with the client (SQL, Excel, Access …)

Benefits of traceability in production

Productivity control
Productivity control

By having a history of the production process, it can be analyzed and optimize agility and flexibility contributing to changes in it. Charts, downtime, production, etc. are very useful tools for managing production.

Increased responsiveness

With a tracking system also increases the ability to react to incidents, allowing the withdrawal of batch products selectively to a quality incidence.

After a problem with a product identification and lot information allows to know the source of the problem and fix it quickly.

Increased operational reliability

A computerized automatic generation of the lot / unit of product ensures the reliability of the information associated to the lot / unit.

It offers reliability in the assessment of inventory and production control, allowing greater control of inventory.
